Strategic advice to startups of the Luxembourg-City Incubator

Since the beginning of 2026, Dr. Björn Bronger has been advising selected startups of the Luxembourg-City Incubator (LCI) as strategic adviser – on exactly the questions on which young tech companies grow or fail: investor and equity structuring, term sheets and negotiations, governance and founder protection, and financial readiness for scaling.

For the founders, this means a sparring partner who thinks strategy, finance and law together – and who knows both sides of the table.

Prior to his advisory role, he gave a masterclass at the LCI in September 2025 on “Corporate Governance & Strategic Scaling”.

About the Luxembourg-City Incubator

The Luxembourg-City Incubator, an incubator for innovative tech startups, was launched in September 2017 by the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, with the City of Luxembourg as its main sponsor. With more than 2,000 m² of offices and co-working space in the House of Startups in the Gare district, it supports young companies with tailored programmes and access to a network of experts, partners and key players in the Luxembourg ecosystem. In 2024, the Financial Times and Statista named the LCI one of Europe’s Leading Start-up Hubs.
