Inside Luxembourg Venture Days 2026

On 14 and 15 October 2026, Luxembourg Venture Days brought thousands of founders, investors and ecosystem players to Luxexpo The Box – co-organised by Luxinnovation and the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LPEA). Dr. Björn Bronger spent both days in the middle of it.

Two days of pitches, panels and one-to-one meetings: Dr. Bronger caught up with clients and met the founders building what’s next – from early-stage teams preparing their incorporation to startups getting ready for their first funding round.

One observation stood out: great technology is rarely the bottleneck. Structure is. Who owns the IP? What does the cap table look like before the first round? Which partners bring capital and customers at the same time? Founders who answer these questions early raise faster – and on better terms.

This is exactly where Dr. Bronger comes in: strategy, finance and legal, all from one adviser – from first idea to first funding round.

Thanks to Luxinnovation, the LPEA and the entire team for another outstanding edition. Missed each other at the Venture Days? Dr. Bronger looks forward to hearing from you.
